THERMCO manufactures a pilot module system to insure safe and reliable ignition of sulfer recovery units. Each pilot module is factory assembled, tested, and shipped as a complete working unit. The THERMCO pilot is compact and economical. It will fire under circumstances that conventional burners could not survive. Variable BTU output is easy to change by adjusting the operating pressure and combustion air.

Flexible pilot harness system (20 ft.)

• 6000 VAC ignition cable (liquid-tight flexible conduit)
• UV scanner cable (liquid-tight flexible conduit)

• Hoses and conduit are contained in a spiral wound stainless steel wrap

Pilot system:
