Thermco Tube Burner 500,000 - 2,500,000 BTU/HR
THERMCO Industrial Tube Burners operate with either natural gas or propane. The heat output ranges from 500,000 to 2,500,000 BTU/hr, depending on the burner model. The Thermco burner is versatile, compact and economical. It provides complete combustion, thereby saving operating costs. Variable heat output and a selection of operating voltages make this burner ideal for many applications. This burner can be supplied for use with either natural gas or propane.
THERMCO pilots operate on natural, forced, or induced draft combustion systems. These pilots will ignite and maintain a stable flame in air excess of 6000 FPM and temperatures to 1200 F.

Ignition Wire and Accessories
THERMO’s High Temperature Ignition Wire is designed for use on all ignition and flame rod applications for combustion equipment. Silicone insulation is rated up to 25,000 VDC or 10,000 VAC.
Temperature ranges from -30 to 500 F. Low impedance -45 ohms per 1,000 ft.
Available in 100, 500, and 10,000 ft reels for handling.

THERMCO also carries ignitors, flame rods, insulators, ignitor terminals, high-temperature silicone covers, and ignition transformers. Consult factory on sizes available.
Air Cooled Pilots: 50,000 – 5,000,000 btu/hr
THERMCO air-cooled pilots are compact and economical. They will fire under circumstances that conventional pilots and burners could not survive.
